Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by SILITEH Sp. z o.o., ul. Przemysłowa 12, 05-800 Pruszków, Poland. By using the website you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Purpose of the website
The website presents SILITEH, its technologies, applications and products for general information. Descriptions, technical characteristics and illustrations do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Binding specifications, prices and delivery terms are set only in a written offer or contract.
2. Inquiries
Sending an inquiry form does not create a contract and does not oblige either side to conclude one. Please give accurate details so that we can respond. How we handle the data you send is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
When using the website you must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or its data, or disrupt its operation;
- send malicious code, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the website;
- submit content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others, including files you have no right to share.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, images, drawings, layout, the SILITEH name and logo, and other content of the website are protected by law and belong to SILITEH or its licensors. You may view them and print them for your own information. Any other use, including copying, distribution or adaptation, requires our prior written consent.
5. Links to other websites
The website may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of personal data.
6. Availability and liability
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate, current and available, but we provide it as it is. It may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage resulting from using the website or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence that protect consumers remain unaffected. Subject to those provisions, disputes are decided by the court competent for the registered office of SILITEH.
8. Changes and contact
